February Vacation is fast approaching. In fact with snow days and school delays, this week before break felt a bit like a mini vacation before the vacation. Greek Teachings

Another week come and gone. I can’t believe just one week ago I was sitting on my cave house patio in Oia. Where does the time go? Anyway, now it’s back to reality and the fast paced life that is the end of the school year. 2 Days til Spain…Preparing for Substitutes

As I sit at home on another snow day, I can’t help but begin to feel slightly anxious about my trip to Spain, which is in just 2 DAYS! Eeek! I can’t believe it is almost here.
